Conversation Piece will make every effort to provide applicants with the class or course of their choice. In order to run any class or course, a minimum number of 6 participants is required. This number may vary from course to course and will be confirmed with other preliminary information about the courses or classes at the time of booking. If insufficient numbers apply before the booking deadline date, Conversation Piece reserves the right to:
a) Team up with other organisations to make up numbers.
b) Offer all applicants the option to pay a higher fee in order to enable the class or course to take place - this would have to be unanimously accepted
c) Cancel the class and offer members an alternative or a refund payment.
Applicants will have the option at the time of revised booking to decide whether the alternative offer is suitable, but once the course has commenced, no refunds will be possible.
2. Obligations on the applicant:

Should the course not meet an applicant's requirements, they should inform the Conversation Piece immediately after their first lesson. Concerns will be addressed and this may involve changing level/class, but cannot result in a refund. Conversation Piece will not give refunds for a change in the applicant's circumstances, i.e. working pattern, change of location, end of employment, etc.
3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Conversation Piece or any of its agents, tutors, trainers or contractors will not provide personal insurance cover.
